Where is Nayra IVF for families in Sector 100?
The clinic is in Sector 49, not in Sector 100. You will find it on the 3rd floor of K-06, above FirstCry, Sector 49, Noida. Property portal listings place Sector 100 among the sectors around Sector 49, so we describe it as nearby rather than adjoining.
If you live near Lotus Boulevard, you already know the Lotus Bazaar and Mall of Noida side of the city. From there you travel towards Sector 49. IVF involves a number of scans and blood tests, so it is wise to plan the journey early. A route you know well makes it easier to keep every appointment, even on a busy working day. If you are unsure about the way, a call to the clinic is enough to sort it out. We also describe our fertility clinic in Noida separately.
Is IVF the right question for you?
Only a doctor can answer that after seeing your reports. Doctors often advise a fertility check when a couple under 35 has tried for 12 months without success, or for 6 months when the woman is 35 or older. IVF may be discussed if:
- the tubes are blocked or damaged
- sperm count or movement is low
- egg reserve has fallen
- endometriosis is present
- earlier treatment has not worked
- no cause can be found
This is general information, not a diagnosis. Both partners are usually tested, as either or both may be affected. If IVF is not needed yet, the doctor will say so. Your age and health history will also be considered, because they can change the advice. Many couples wait a long time before asking, and there is no shame in asking early.
Your first visit, explained
The doctor meets you in private and asks about your health, your cycles and how long you have been trying. Earlier reports are read with care. Hormone tests, a scan and a semen analysis may be advised. Once results arrive, the doctor explains what they mean and whether IVF is suggested. The doctor may also ask about work, sleep, stress and past illnesses. Ask whatever you wish, and take time to think before you decide. Nothing has to be settled in the first meeting, and you may bring your partner or a family member for support.
The stages of an IVF cycle
Plans differ from couple to couple, yet most cycles move through these stages. Read more on our IVF treatment in Noida page.
- Talk and review. You describe your history and show earlier reports.
- Tests. Both partners may have hormone tests, a scan and a semen analysis.
- Plan. The doctor sets out the timeline and explains what may change.
- Medicines and monitoring. Medicines help several eggs mature, and scans and blood tests follow your response.
- Egg collection. A short procedure under medical supervision collects mature eggs.
- Laboratory stage. Eggs are fertilised with sperm, and the embryos are observed as they grow.
- Embryo transfer. A suitable embryo is placed in the uterus when the doctor decides the time is right. A pregnancy test follows.
From the start of medicines to transfer, a fresh cycle usually takes around two to four weeks, though yours may differ.
What to carry on your first visit
Bring what you have. It helps the doctor understand your story quickly:
- old blood tests, scans and semen reports
- papers from earlier treatment
- a list of your regular medicines
- the dates of recent periods
- your questions, written down
If something is missing, come anyway. The doctor will tell you which tests are needed.
