For a working couple in Sector 18, Noida, the hardest part of IVF is often the calendar. Scans and blood tests come at set times, and office hours do not bend easily. Nayra IVF is open Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm, so many visits can be placed before or after your workday. The clinic is in Sector 49, above FirstCry.
Dr. Preeti Singh leads IVF care here. This page explains when IVF is discussed, what the first visit involves and how to travel from Sector 18 to Sector 49 by metro. You can call us with questions, and no decision is needed on the call.

Where is Nayra IVF for couples in Sector 18?
To be clear, there is no Nayra IVF clinic in Sector 18. We are at the 3rd floor of K-06, above FirstCry, Sector 49, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, near Barola Market.
Sector 18 is known for Atta Market, Great India Place and DLF Mall of India, and the Noida Sector 18 Blue Line station stands on Captain Vijayant Thapar Marg. Sector 49 is not next to Sector 18, so the trip needs a plan. The good news is that the Blue Line takes you most of the way. See the route below, written step by step for a first-time traveller. When does a doctor talk about IVF?
Many couples are first asked to see a doctor when they have tried for a year without a pregnancy. For women aged 35 or above, doctors often advise a visit after six months. The doctor may talk about IVF when:
- the fallopian tubes are blocked or damaged
- the egg reserve is low
- sperm count or movement is low
- endometriosis is affecting conception
- tests cannot explain the delay
- other treatment has not led to a pregnancy
None of this is a diagnosis. Both partners are usually tested, and the doctor will tell you honestly if IVF is not needed yet.
What the first appointment is like
You sit down with the doctor in private. You talk about your health, your periods, your daily routine and how long you have been trying. Earlier reports are read, and the doctor may advise hormone tests, a scan or a semen analysis. When the results come, they are explained to you, along with the next steps if IVF is advised. You can ask anything, and there is no pressure to decide that day. If the timing of tests clashes with work, tell the team, and they will try to fit the plan around your day.
IVF in seven steps
The plan is made for you, though most cycles run in this order. Our IVF treatment in Noida page gives a fuller picture.
- Talk and records. The doctor hears your story and reads earlier reports.
- Tests. Both partners may be tested to learn what could be affecting conception.
- Treatment plan. You are told what happens, when, and what may change.
- Medicines and checks. Medicines help eggs mature, and scans and blood tests show your response.
- Egg collection. A short procedure under medical supervision collects mature eggs.
- Fertilisation and growth. In the laboratory, eggs meet sperm and the embryos are watched as they develop.
- Transfer and follow-up. A suitable embryo is placed in the uterus when the doctor feels it is the right time, and a pregnancy test follows.
A fresh cycle usually takes around two to four weeks from the start of medicines to embryo transfer, but your own timeline may differ.
What to keep ready before you come
You do not need a perfect file. Still, these help the doctor:
- earlier blood tests, scans and semen reports
- papers from any treatment you had before
- the medicines you take now
- when your last few periods began
- a short list of questions
If something is missing, come anyway. The doctor will tell you which tests to do.
