Where is Nayra IVF for families in Sector 77?

The clinic is in Sector 49, not in Sector 77. It is on the 3rd floor of K-06, above FirstCry, Sector 49, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. It is open Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm.

Sector 77 has its own landmarks, such as Gaur City Mall, Spectrum Metro Mall and the Shiv Sakti Cricket Ground. Most residents know Vishwakarma Road and Vikas Marg well. Sector 76, a neighbour of your sector, has its own market and Sector 76 Sabzi Mandi, which many people use as a marker. The clinic is a trip out of your sector, so a little planning helps. IVF needs several visits for scans and blood tests. A route you have already worked out makes each one calmer. It also lets you fit visits around work, travel and family time without last-minute stress. You can also read about our fertility clinic in Noida.

When does IVF come into the picture?

A doctor first studies your reports. Then the doctor decides whether IVF fits. A fertility check is commonly advised after a year of trying for couples under 35, and after six months if the woman is 35 or older. IVF may be considered if:

  • no cause has been found after tests
  • sperm count or movement is low
  • the tubes are damaged or blocked
  • endometriosis is present
  • egg reserve is low
  • earlier treatment has not helped

This is only general information. Both partners are usually checked, since the cause may sit with either of you. If IVF is not needed, the doctor will say it plainly. Nobody will push you toward a step you are not ready for.

Your first appointment, explained

You meet the doctor privately. You share your health history, your cycles and how long you have been trying. The doctor goes through any reports you bring. Next, hormone tests, a scan and a semen analysis may be suggested. After the results, the doctor tells you what they mean, whether IVF is advised and what the next steps could be. Daily habits such as sleep and stress may also come up. You can ask anything and take time before deciding. You are welcome to bring your partner or a family member, and to come back with more questions on another day.

How IVF works, stage by stage

Each plan is made for you. Most cycles follow these stages. For more detail, visit our IVF treatment in Noida page.

  1. Consultation. The doctor hears your story and reads past reports.
  2. Investigations. Hormone tests, a scan and a semen analysis show what may be affecting conception.
  3. Planning. The doctor explains the timeline and what may change.
  4. Stimulation and monitoring. Medicines help eggs mature while scans and blood tests follow your progress.
  5. Egg collection. Eggs are collected in a short procedure under medical care.
  6. Fertilisation. In the laboratory, eggs meet sperm, and embryos are watched as they develop.
  7. Embryo transfer. A suitable embryo is placed in the uterus at a time the doctor chooses. A pregnancy test follows. If the result is negative, the doctor reviews the cycle before planning again.

From the first medicines to transfer, a fresh cycle often takes about two to four weeks. Your own schedule may be different.

Papers to have with you

Bring what you can. It helps the doctor understand your history faster:

  • earlier scans, blood tests and semen reports
  • paperwork from past fertility care
  • medicines you now take
  • the start dates of recent periods
  • questions for the doctor

Nothing to bring? Please come anyway. The doctor will guide you on tests.
