Where is Nayra IVF for families in Sector 78?
The clinic is not in Sector 78. It is in Sector 49. You will find it on the 3rd floor of K-06, above FirstCry, Sector 49, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. We are open Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm.
In Sector 78 you may know Vedvan Park and Mahagun Mart. Sector 76 and Sector 77 are the sectors next to yours. Sector 49 is a separate sector, so the journey takes some planning. Think of the trip as a small project. Pick your route once. Try it on a quiet day if you can. Note the station or the road. Save the Get Directions link on your phone. IVF involves repeat visits for scans and blood tests, so a route you trust saves effort each time. It also helps you plan around work, family and travel. Our fertility clinic in Noida page has more about the clinic.
Signs that IVF may be worth discussing
No one should decide this alone. A doctor reads your reports first. Fertility advice is usually given after a year of trying if the woman is under 35. If she is 35 or older, doctors often advise it after six months. IVF may be discussed if:
- earlier treatment has not led to pregnancy
- the egg reserve is low
- sperm count or movement is low
- the tubes are blocked or damaged
- tests do not show a clear reason
- endometriosis is present
This does not replace a diagnosis. Both partners are usually tested. The doctor will tell you if IVF is not needed yet. Only a doctor who has seen your reports can say what applies to you.
What to expect at the first visit
The doctor sees you in private. You talk about your health, your periods and how long you have been trying. Any reports you carry are read. Tests may follow, such as hormone tests, a scan and a semen analysis. When results come in, the doctor explains them step by step. You learn whether IVF is advised and what the next stage would be. Lifestyle, sleep and stress may be discussed too. You can ask questions freely and decide at your own pace. You may bring your partner along. A second visit to ask more is always fine.
Your IVF journey in seven steps
The exact plan is yours alone. Most cycles follow this path. Read more on our IVF treatment in Noida page.
- History. You and the doctor go over your story and your reports.
- Testing. Both partners may be tested to find what is affecting conception.
- Planning. The doctor lays out the timeline, and what could change along the way.
- Medicines and tracking. Medicines help eggs mature. Scans and blood tests track your response.
- Egg collection. Mature eggs are collected in a short, supervised procedure.
- Laboratory work. Eggs are fertilised with sperm, and the embryos are observed as they develop.
- Transfer. A suitable embryo is placed in the uterus when the doctor judges the time right. A pregnancy test follows. If it is not positive, the doctor talks through what happened before planning again.
In a fresh cycle, the time from medicines to transfer is usually two to four weeks. Your timeline may differ.
What to keep ready
A few papers make the first talk easier. If you have them, keep ready:
- earlier blood tests, scans and semen reports
- any papers from past fertility care
- a list of medicines you take
- dates of your last few periods
- questions you wish to ask
If something is missing, that is fine. Come anyway. The doctor will say which tests are needed.

Every couple has a different plan, so every cost is different. We do not list a figure here, because a number without your reports would not help you. Age, test results, medicines, the laboratory steps and the number of cycles all play a part. Before treatment starts, the clinic explains what is included, what may change and what is optional.
